Welcome to Cologne, Germany and the Gay Games 2010. The oplympic distance triathlon was one of the first events of the games in the morning on August 1st after the opening ceremonies on July 31st. The course was relatively flat with an extended run, crystal clear lake and mild temperatures. Still there's a lot of distance to cover! Over two hours of swimming, biking and running with the greatest GLBT athletes from all over the world working their tails off was quite an experience.
